Thank You!

Tomorrow is our holiday party and I can’t wait to see everyone out having a good time. I’ve been looking forward to this day since I posted it on the website. It’s great to see everyone come together and enjoy the evening . This gym was started with the hope of creating a community of people focused on improving their lives through fitness. I couldn’t be happier with what we have accomplished this last year. Last years holiday party wont hold a candle to this years. We are still growing and none of this is possible without all of our members. We do the coaching but you all do the really hard work. It’s a pleasure to get to workout next to all of you. Our members are our neighbors and friends and I just want to say thank you. Your continued support is what makes us what we are today. Looking forward to the awards/festivities tomorrow evening. See everyone at Jackson’s in Richland @ 6:30pm!

Let me know also if you think we should order these up for the gym.

Thanks to all of you that have helped make FallOut CrossFit what it is today! This goes to all the coaches for their support in helping to build a gym who’s sole focus is changing our students lives for the better. Motivating and coaching our students through the toughest workouts that the Tri-cities has to offer. And to the students here at FOCF, you guys really are the best. You let me do what I love to do! Which is come in to the gym and coach. When I started this little gym I didn’t know what to expect. I knew that I loved CrossFit and I have always loved coaching, so what better then share this with people who love fitness as much as me. This is a great birthday having such a great group of people to get to hang out every day with. Thanks for everyone’s support and lets have another awesome year at FOCF, I can’t wait to see how much better everyone will be! 3-2-1 GO!
