I know I could hardly believe it! But they are in now! We have limited supplies on hand, but will be making a new order on Monday 2/14 “Valentine’s Day”. Don’t forget gentleman, just a little reminder. There will be some here to try on so you can get the right size and place your order by writing your name up on the board under your size preference. I have to say these were worth the wait, and they look great! And are comfortable! Also those new members that haven’t yet received your t-shirt for joining also come see Ben for your shirt.

AM group got caught a break as I neglected to put the burpees on the board! I trust they will all do them all on their own!

WU: 400m run

1 min of pushups, 1min situps, 1 min squats

  • I: 20/12.5
