Critics

Congratulations to Tim for getting FallOut CrossFit’s 1st ever mainsite (www.crossfit.com) photo. It’s a sweet picture and for those who haven’t seen it make sure to check it out.

How do you deal with critics? Have you ever done something that makes you happy just to have someone else crush it for you? It has been said that we are made up of who we surround ourselves with. Who do you surround yourself with? If you want to become rich, hang out with rich people, if you want to be “in shape” hang out with people that are in shape. Surround yourself with people that will help you reach your goals and get rid of the ones who don’t.
