Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Friday Night Fun – “Filthy 50” and Food!!!

 

Friday the 13th (yikes!) will be “Filthy 50” fun night at FallOut CrossFit!!! Plan on performing “Filthy 50” starting at 5:30 pm and enjoying food and friends afterwards! If you haven’t had the privilege of ever doing “Filthy 50,” then Friday night is all you! Here’s what it consists of:

Following the “Filthy 50” fun, we will have a BBQ style celebration! We have so much to be proud of at FallOut CrossFit, from our Games Competitors to successful Paleo eaters to personal achievements in and out of the gym, we need to celebrate YOU! The meat will be provided, but please bring a side dish to share with your fellow gym buddies.
