The results are in for the first week of the Attendance challenge.  Congrats to the 48 FallOut CrossFit students who have made fitness, consistency, and school spirit a priority for the last week. Also…Paleo Challenge!

The Paleo Challenge is going to start on July 5th! Yes we now can all get on board and help each other to improved health and fitness! The rules are described in the power point presentation below, please download and review. Also you will want to download the Paleo Scorecard this will be need to help you keep track of your points. Because the winner will receive a $100 gift card to Yokes! I hope everyone is excited about this. You will need to keep a food journal and workout journal during these 8 weeks in order to be eligible for the prize. Good Luck to everyone that is going to partake, I hope everyone does!

Next Challenge?

It’s time for our next challenge workout. Who’s going to be the most improved this time? But I want to know what workout everyone wants to do. 10K run, Cindy? Or make up your own. We will choose a workout for the next challenge to start on 5/31/10 this Friday. If no comments are left for WODs to choose from I will make sure it’s the most awful WOD we’ve ever done 🙂 We will also have body composition tests done to measure before and after improvements. Look forward to seeing all of your ideas! 3-2-1 GO!
