Welcome to FallOut CrossFit and the Unknown & Unknowable. Where you never know what you will be doing until you arrive! Why you ask? Because we truly do not know what the day holds for us…. work, school, play, kids, life. You must roll with the punches everyday. Why should your workout be any different? What you do know it’s not going to be easy, hard work pays off and as we’ll see later this week, team work helps everyone achieve more. Enter your day always with a positive attitude, and you’ll be ready for life’s obstacles. Not a fan of something in your life right now then change it and make it better, stronger, brighter. Do it today and not tomorrow. It can be as simple as trying a different route to work or trying a new place to eat (I recommend Thai City in West Richland!). If you have a GOAL you want to reach, set a date on it and get it done.
