Wakey Wakey
Here some props to the guys and gals who wake up every morning to join me for our AM class. Takes a whole other type of CrossFitter to do this to themselves at 5:30 in the morning! I will be gone next week Tuesday for the remainder of April. Class schedules should be able to be covered, but there may be some scheduling changes/cancellations. Hopefully not though! I’ll be sure to let everyone know. Wake Up, Work Out, No Snooze!
