STRENGTH: Strict Press

4 sets of 5-6 reps @ 65-70%

*Isometric – for EACH press, hold for 4 seconds at 1 inch off shoulder on the way up. Squeeze muscles as hard as you can during pause, then fire up as fast as possible.

WOD: Wodapalooza Online Qualifier Event 1

9 minute AMRAP

3 x hang power snatches

3 x overhead squats

30 x double unders

*Add 3 reps each round for the snatches and overhead squats
