400 m run

*Bear complex =

1 x power clean

1 x front squat

1 x push press

1 x back squat

1 x push press

ACCESSORY: Complete 3 giant sets (do all 3 exercises in a row, then rest 2 min)

10 x Goblet squats sumo stance w/KB, 2 sec pause @ bottom

10 x Cossack squats, weighted or unweighted

10 x Glute bridges, weighted or unweighted
