2 x dumbbell/water jug/odd object single arm alternating power snatch

1 x box/chair step up

*Increase rep count of power snatches by 2 each round and box step ups by 1

**If you can’t finish within the minute, rest 1 minute and pick up where you left off at in the unfinished round

10 second hollow hold

30 x flutter kicks

30 x heel touches
