STRENGTH: 4 rounds,

:20 seconds of max Bulgarain split squats, right leg

:20 seconds of max Bulgarian split squats, left leg

Easy 200 m run

2 minute rest

WOD: In 15:00, using an increasing rep pattern of 3’s, complete as many rounds as possible of,

3 x box/chair step ups – weighted or unweighted

6 x hand release push up

9 x sit ups

…then the next round would be,

6 x step ups

9 x hand release push ups

12 x sit ups

…continue adding 3 reps each round until time expires
