STRENGTH: EMOM (Every minute on the minute) complete 8 x front squats for 10:00 – use dumbbells, barbell, or odd object

WOD: Complete 5 rounds, each round against a 2:00 running clock complete,

60 x double unders/120 x singles/60 x lateral hops

10 x burpees

Remaining time = max distance overhead weighted lunges (hold a weight overhead safely with full arm extension – may use any object)

REST 1 MINUTE
