EMOM: Every minute on the minute for 12:00 (6 rounds of each)

Even – 5 x single arm shoulder to overhead, each arm (Dumbbell, kettle bell, odd object)

Odd – 5 x single leg squat (pistol), each leg (scale to single leg and sit to chair)

WOD: 3 rounds for time,

21 x thrusters (use barbell, dumbbells, odd object)

15 x burpees

Upon completion of 3 rounds go directly into….800 m run
