20 seconds suitcase deadlift (complete all reps on one side…switch to the other side the next round)

10 seconds rest

20 seconds sit ups

10 seconds rest

CORE STABILITY: 20 x Turkish Get Ups (weighted or unweighted) – 10 each arm
