Strength: 5 x 3 Tempo Overhead Squats @ 60-65% (3 seconds down, 2 second pause, 1 second up)

WOD:    20 Minute EMOM of,

             10 x wall balls

             10 x KBS

             2 x Clean & Jerks

                             If the full round is not completed within the minute, take the next minute off and start again. 

Score = total full rounds completed
