A) For time,

40 x Dumbbell walking lunges, then,

3 rounds of,

15 x hand release push ups

15 x dumbbell push press

200 m run,

Then,

40 x walking lunges

REST 1 MINUTE THEN CONTINUE TO B…

B) 5 minute AMRAP of,

10 x dumbbell thrusters

10 x box jumps
