WODS:

a) 3 rounds for time,

500 m row 

30 x kettle bell swings 

15 x JUMPING pull ups 

b) AMRAP in 8:00, increasing reps by 2 every round

2 x DB hang squat clean 

2 x box jumps

4 x DB hang squat clean

4 x box jumps

6 x DB hang squat clean

6 x box jumps

…..continue increasing by 2’s

c) For time, 18-14-10-6 of

Handstand push ups 

Front rack DB alt lunges 

**Rest 3 minutes between each WOD.

**Score each WOD separately
