WOD: For time,

2 mile run

80 x back squats @ bodyweight

80 x kettle bell swings

80 x hand release push ups

35:00 time cap

* *Athletes can break up the work in any rep scheme they wish AFTER the run is completed. Back Squat comes from the ground. Back Squat should be doable in at least sets of 10 when fresh.

**Level 1 athletes: Must drop to 50 reps for all movements, non-negotiable
