 STRENGTH: Squat clean x 2 reps @ 75% EMOM for 10:00
WOD: “Keep it 100” – WOD from the 2019 Cascade Classic Comp.
For time, with a 15 minute time cap,
25 x deadlifts
25 x hang power cleans
25 x shoulder to overhead
25 x overhead squats
*4 x bar facing burpees on the minute starting at minute 1
**Load on the bar decreases after each movement. Athlete must change own bars. Collars required.
