Strength: A) Muscle clean 3 x 3-5
  1. B) Every 2:00, perform: 2 x Power clean + 2 x front squat + 1x jerk (Increase the weight each round and work up to a max for the day) x 5 work sets
  2. C) Push press: 75% x 5 reps, 80% x 3 reps, 85% x 3 reps, 90% x 1 reps, 95% x 1+ reps
WOD: AMRAP in 10:00
75 x double unders, then in remaining time,
6 x hang power cleans
12 x sit ups
