**AVERAGE YOUR DEADLIFT WEIGHT TO FIND A COMMON WEIGHT THAT BOTH ATHLETES CAN DO. BOTH ATHLETES WILL COMPLETE EACH OF THE EXERCISES, ONE WORKING AT A TIME.
