1 x temp OH squat (5 second descent & 2 second pause at bottom) + 1 x overhead squat
WOD: 3 x 5:00, 3 minute recovery between rounds
In 5:00, complete 100 x double unders, then AMRAP in remaining time of,
8 x overhead squats
4 x box jump overs
