STRENGTH: EMOM for 12 minutes, 2 x OH squats @ 80% of 1 RM
WOD: 5 rounds for time,
9 x handstand push ups
12 x toes to bar
15 x overhead squats
OLYMPIC WOD
STRENGTH: 1) Deadlift @ 80% 3 reps x 3 sets (120 sec rest b/w sets)
2) Deadlift speed sets @ 65% 3 sets x 3 reps (120 sec rest b/w sets) 
SUPPLEMENTAL (if time): 1) 4 x 8 reps of barbell row
2) 2 x 8 Good mornings
WOD: As many reps as possible in 7:00 of toes to bar…
150 x double unders 
25 x deadlifts
