STRENGTH: 1) 3-Position Clean (ground, below knee, above knee) + Jerk @ 60%, 65%, (70% x 4 sets)
2) Clean Pull 90% (of clean) @ 95%, 3 x 2 reps
Front Squat 70%, 3 x 5 reps
Good Morning @ 3 × 5 reps
WOD: 5 minute AMRAP
7 x Russian KB swings AHAP
7 x box jumps
