SKILL/STRENGTH: Every 2:00 minutes complete,
4 x Gorilla cleans (right, left = 1)
4 x front squats
4 x kb clean and jerk
All movements require double kettle bell. AHAP – as heavy as possible.
* Break the set of 12 (all three exercises) and you’re required to pay with 10 x burpees, every time. Payable immediately upon completion of 12:00.
WOD: For time,
400m run, then
7 rounds of,
7 x Push ups (Rx, knees, knees)
21 x Air Squats
then 400m run
All with 20/14lb vest for Rx
Time Cap: 18 minutes
