15 x Barbell Rows @ starting weight, athlete’s choice
10 x Push-Ups

In 3 minutes (rest remainder of time):
10 x Barbell Rows – ADD 10 lb
10 x Push-Ups

In 3 minutes (rest remainder of time):

5 x Barbell Rows – ADD 10 lb
10 x Push-Ups

Then, AMRAP in 1 minute:
Barbell Rows – Drop back to weight from first set

WOD: For time,
50 x box jump overs 
40 x sit ups
30 x Goblet squats 
20 x kettlebell swings 
10 x bar muscle-ups 
20 x kettlebell swings
30 x Goblet squats
40 x sit ups
50 x box jump overs
