SKILL/STRENGTH: Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes (3 sets) of:
Minute 1 – Ring Rows w/feet elevated x 10 reps
Minute 2 – Dips x 10 reps
Minute 3 – Handstand marching on box x 30 reps
Minute 4 – Handstand hold, kick to wall or wall walk x 40 seconds
WOD: Four sets for max reps, each against a 3-minute running clock:
50 x double unders
Dumbbell Man-Makers x Max Reps @ 55/35
Rest 2 minutes between sets.

*Score is total man-makers.
