WOD: Against a 5 min running clock, complete 3 cycles of,

25 x wall ballsMax Double unders/Single unders

STRENGTH: A) Power Snatch 5 x 5
B) Squat Snatch 5 x 5
C) Snatch High Pull 5 x 3
(25 minute time limit to complete A, B, and C)
WOD: For time,
2 rounds of,
10 x Hang power snatches 
10 x Handstand Push-ups 
— then —
2 rounds of,
10 x Power Snatches 
10 x Toes to bar 
— then —
2 rounds of:
10 x Overhead squats 
10 x Hand release push ups
