40 ft DB walking lunge steps 
50 x double unders 
B) 8 Min AMRAP, for MAX REPS
4 x lateral barbell burpees
4 x power cleans 
C) 3 rounds for time,
200 m run
10 x push press 
20 x air squats
10 x toes to bar
