TIME TRIAL: 2000 m row, for time

WOD: 3 rounds for time – sprint it – choose a weight you can do UNBROKEN!

10 x thrusters 

10 x burpee pull ups

STRENGTH: A) 10 x (2 x squat cleans + 1 x jerk) – add weight every other set

B) 3 x 15-20 reps front squats @ approx. 60% 

WOD: 10 minute AMRAP

4 x power cleans 

8 x lateral burpee over barbell

12 x sit ups
