Drop back down to 65%, and then…

Build to a 1-RM Snatch

B) Three sets of,
Good Mornings x 6-8 reps
Rest 10-15 seconds
Bulgarian split squats x 10 per leg
Rest as needed

WOD: For time,

400m run

30 x Kettle bell swings

30 x Power Snatches

30 x Pull Ups
