Odd: handstand holds progressions – 1) wall walk, 2) kick up into static hold, 3) shoulder taps/hip touches

Even: dumbbell power snatch, alternate arms, 10 x reps total (AHAP)

WOD: 3 rounds for time,

15 x power snatch

15 x overhead squats

15 x plyo plate push-ups
