SKILL: “Goat Work” – 15 minutes
Choose any movement that you are not so good at…it could be anything (barbell movement, gymnastics movement, body weight movement, kettlebell movement, flexibility and/or mobility….) The only way to attack your Goat is to work on it!
WOD: 3 Rounds of, every 8 Minutes, resting any remaining time,
7 x clean & jerks
15 x lateral bar burpees
75 x double unders
200 m run
