3 x Turkish Get up, each side – as heavy as possible (AHAP)

5 x strict pull ups or strict ring row

7 x ring dips (scale accordingly)

WOD: 5 Rounds for reps,
1:00 x front squats
1:00 x burpee dumbbell box step-ups
1:00 x double unders
1:00 x rest
