ENDURANCE: 5 sets at max effort

60 seconds rowing, then max number push ups (rest 60 seconds between sets)

WOD: Complete AMRAP in 12 minutes of,

6 x box jump overs

12 x kettlebell swings

24 x sit ups

STRENGTH: A. Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy power snatch

B. Complete 4 sets of,

Touch and go power snatch x 5 reps

(rest 2 minutes)

WOD: 7 minute AMRAP

5 x chest to bar pull ups

5 x overhead squats

15 x double unders
