15 second chin over bar hold/static bar hang
15 x hollow rocks
30-45 second Handstand Hold (may use wall walk to get into position)

WOD: For time,

9 x kettle bell swings

9 x hand release push ups

30 x double unders

15 x KB swings

15 x hand release push ups

60 x double unders

21 x KB swings

21 x hand release push ups

90 x double unders…after this set of double unders, work your way back down the ladder
