SKILL: Double Under Drill Set #3 (review double under common faults)

2 min. EMOM  – 50 x single unders

3 min. EMOM – 15 x double under attempts

3 min. – Max UNBROKEN double unders, after each set allow recovery time before next attempt

WOD: For time:
21x Thruster
21x Pull up
200m sprint
15x Thruster

15x Pull up
200m sprint
9x Thruster
9x Pull up
200m sprint
-3 minutes rest-
3 minutes max burpees

SCORE = each burpee, subtract 1 second off of total time. Do not include rest time or burpee time in grand total.
