Very rarely can we say that there are openings in our Kid and Teen programs, but with spring sports schedule conflicts, we now have a few openings in both classes. Though it isn’t fun to see our outstanding youth athletes take a break, the great news is, we can expose new athletes to the program. If you are not familiar with CrossFit kids and Teens, it is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.
Kids: ages 7-12 Mondays/Wednesdays 4:00-4:45 pm
Teens: ages 12-16 Mondays/Wednesdays 4:45-5:30 pm
