SKILL/STRENGTH: Four sets of,
Bulgarian split squat x 6-8 reps
Strict Pull-Ups x 6-8 reps
Double-Under Practice x 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds

WOD:  Against a two-minute running clock, complete as many burpee reps as possible of,

3 x Hang Cleans
6 x Shoulder to Overhead
9 x Front Squats
Burpees x Max Reps

Rest 1:30 minutes between sets, and complete a total of five sets
