1 Min: Overhead Plate Lunges 
1 Min: Double Unders 

1 Min: Rest

CORE STABILITY: 30 sec on/30 sec off plank hold for 5:00

Gym notes: 1) Be sure to refer to MindBody for the Labor Day Schedule. 2) Get registered for the LuRong Living Challenge ASAP – the challenge starts in less than two short weeks! 3) The BOD POD date is yet TBD, but it will most likely still be on a Saturday in October – get your name on the list at the desk before all the good slots are gone!
