SKILL: Plyometric Push Ups – Tabata (do not score), focus on the 3:1 as explained in the video (copy and paste link)


WOD: For max REPS in 12 minutes,

1 x deadlift 

2 x handstand push ups 

3 x toes to bar 

*add one reps to all movements each successive round, continue until time elapses
