WOD 15.1 – Are you In???

Are you In??? Now’s the time to get in while you still can. 

YES – you can! With the introduction of the scaled category in each division, it is possible for YOU to participate.

Join us Friday to give it a shot! Each Friday we will be doing the Open WODs at FOCF! You can do it at any class time – but the main event for us will begin at 4:00 pm and continue until we are done! 

Introducing WOD 15.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)


WOD 15.1A

1-rep-max clean and jerk
6-minute time cap

If you really, truly are unsure, you can do the WOD and then regsiter…you just need to be registered by the end submission time (Monday @ 5:00 pm, PT)
