STRENGTH: Back squat 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 

WOD: For time,

25 x dumbell push press

15 x GHD sit ups

50 x air squats

15 x GHD sit ups

75 x double unders

50 x air squats

15 x GHD sit ups

25 x dumbell push press

What on earth does GHD stand for and how come we hardly every have you guys do these movements?????

GHD stand for Glute-Ham Developer. Glutes and hamstrings are reside in your posterior chain and do not have a heck of a lot to do with situps…Again, this machine, this movement…why? Why not?

The GHD situp is a full-range of motion situp. It requires advanced lower back mobility, solid comfort hanging upside down anchored only by your feet, and pretty strong abs.
