Friday Night FUN!!!

SKILL/STRENGTH: For max reps,

2 minutes max front squats

1 minute rest

2 minutes max box jumps

1 minute rest

2 minutes max double unders

WOD: For time, 5 rounds

30 x unbroken kettle bell swings

15 x pull ups

400 m run

Each break in KB swings = 5 x burpees
