What a Week of Buddies! Big THANKS for all of those who brought friends in…whether those friends wanted to be here or not! Hopefully they’re still speaking to you! What better way to show your friends what you are doing than to bring them along for a workout.
WOD: Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 25 mins of:
Run, 400 m TOGETHER
50 x Dumbbell Push Press
50 x Pull-ups
50 x Dumbbell Front Squats
50 x Push-ups
50 x Dumbbell Walking Lunges
50 x Air Squats
*The run must be done together as a team and both partners must be back before starting the reps. Both members must work toward completing all the reps together, 1 person working at a time.
