Team Chipper, in teams of 2,

100 x wall balls 

100 x hand release push ups 

100 x box jumps 

100 x push press 

100 x KB swings 

Partners may break up the reps in any way they like, but they must complete one exercise before moving to the next and one partner must always be in Plank.
