That’s right, Bring a Buddy WOD Week is coming January 27th – 31st!
Push, pull, or drag a buddy (hey, that could be a WOD in itself!) to workout with you for an entire week! You can bring the same buddy the whole week (they may hate you for it) or a different one each day! All WODs will be partner style so you’ll be there to support your buddy each step of the way. No buddy? No worries. We’ll gladly pair you up with someone else in the gym!
