STRENGTH: Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy clean and jerk.

Load the bar by feel. Only load more weight if you have good mechanics and barbell speed.



AMRAP 5 minutes:

5 x push press 

5 x burpees

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP 5 minutes:

5 x pull ups 

5 x hand release push ups
