Have you registered for the Camp Patriot 4th of July Run yet???

FallOut CrossFit is proud to support Camp Patriot! Throw your FOCF gear on and run, run, run! Do it for time, or just for fun!



STRENGTH: In 15 minutes, build to a heavy snatch single (power or full) – work on good form!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Snatch (power or full) x 2 reps
Burpee Over the Barbell x 3 reps
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 4 reps
