Happy April 1st!


WU: 5 K run….haha, just kidding….April Fool’s! But, really, I did get a couple of you who weren’t listening to directions! We shoulda’ let you finish the 5 K!

Strength: 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 Push Press

Met-Con: 6 x (300 m row + max push ups) – Against a 2 minute running clock

Rest 2 minutes after each set
